Anderson Sr., an American Entrepreneur financial and economic inclusion expert with five decades of real time experience as an urban American capitalist navigating the financial political and economic landscape as a small business strategic planning and community development specialist consulting operative in government affairs public policymaking in local and national-global financial centers of influence.

Michael Iannaccone, President

Mike has spent his entire professional career working with financial institutions as an investment banker or equity research analyst. Banking is his passion, and he is dedicated to helping community banks thrive. Mike strongly believes that communities flourish when their banks are successful. Mike has led numerous engagements relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital offerings. Previous employers include Performance Trust Capital Partners, Howe Barnes, Fox Pitt Kelton, Keefe Bruyette and Woods and Adams Cohen Securities, all boutique investment banking firms specializing in the financial services industry. Early in his career, he worked for a community bank and for Citibank in a regional office. He graduated from Saint John’s University of New York with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and earned an MBA from Kellogg’s Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Sidney King FIBI Bank CEO and President

Mr. King is a graduate of DePaul University and a CPA.  He was the President and CEO of the Commonwealth Bank from 1998 to 2008, the most profitable years in the history of our institution. Mr. King was market president of Liberty Bank of .Kansas City from 2008 to December 2020  Mr. King rejoined the Bank in January 2020 from Liberty Bank and Trust. He has over 40 years of banking experience.

Pedro Zamora

Pedro’s career story is divided into two distinct chapters with a common theme, organizational leadership. In the first chapter of his professional life, he served as the leader in research and development in the telecom communications industry. In 2007, he founded and served as CEO of a company named Kyland USA an industrial Ethernet communication manufacturer. Pedro has experience in R&D, product development, traditional manufacturing organizations and has international sales and marketing experience from his thirty-year professional career. Selling the company in 2014 allowed Pedro to enter his second leadership chapter as a nonprofit executive. Pedro has dedicated his leadership energies to improve business relationships, and economic impacts of the Latino community and business in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
